  I paid alot of money for these oak tops, when they were delivered there was damage to one edge and a small bit on a surface, when I informed the seller immediately just as the drivers had left, they were totally dismissive and didn't believe me even though they were still packaged and I sent photographic proof. Customer service is shocking.

  The customer carefully checked the worktop while the drivers were on site at the time of delivery, pictures were taken by our drivers on site showing no damages. After that the customer moved the worktops in the house and claimed money off for damages. We can not be held responsible for damages that occur after the delivery
