    Received the Wok pan 12 inch wok with lid. Smooth Transaction received quickly well packaged. Picture looks a lot like HexClad however it it DotClad. I thought I was buying HexClad so be careful as I should have read the description better. I haven't used the pan just yet but I hope it works as well as HexClad. Quality appears to be great, arrived in perfect condition. For now it's 5 stars. As for communication I did send a question and did not receive a reply.
