    The carton arrived damaged (not sellers fault) but all the parts and hardware were received undamaged. The quality and value of this item is exactly as advertised. The frame and crossbar are very thick, heavy and are joined with very good welds. I had this item put together and in service immediately and have already used it many times since. Very nice addition to anyone's garage.The transaction turnaround was very fast. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    Item arrived quickly in damaged box. Plastic plug was damaged. Seller credited $7 towards replacing plug. My cost for replacement will be $10. A weld was was not correct resulting in hook not inline with shaft. Seller would not acknowledge this defect. I will cut my losses and keep the product. Hopefully adding some washers will compensate for the defect. I will not order from this seller again.

    Absolutely a crooked seller . Item was described to Include mounting Sleeves for a pair of Hay Bail Spears 17” long. I received the pair of Spears without mounting Sleeves. No way to mount them except to weld them without mounting Sleeves. BEWARE crooked SELLER. To return this item requires buyer to pay all return shipping fees. Not saying that you might not receive a refund of money paid. Beware of CHINA products. Totally a scam
