  The carton arrived damaged (not sellers fault) but all the parts and hardware were received undamaged. The quality and value of this item is exactly as advertised. The frame and crossbar are very thick, heavy and are joined with very good welds. I had this item put together and in service immediately and have already used it many times since. Very nice addition to anyone's garage.The transaction turnaround was very fast. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

  Item arrived quickly in damaged box. Plastic plug was damaged. Seller credited $7 towards replacing plug. My cost for replacement will be $10. A weld was was not correct resulting in hook not inline with shaft. Seller would not acknowledge this defect. I will cut my losses and keep the product. Hopefully adding some washers will compensate for the defect. I will not order from this seller again.
