  Billed as "open box". Packaging in very rough shape. Marks on the screen. However, it works. For the price, I'm not gonna make a fuss. Perhaps it wasn't truly used. But, "open box" implies virtually new condition, just with the box not sealed. On the positive side, shipment was prompt.

  Seller did not properly pack item and it arrived clearly damaged; both the vinyl itself cracked and the sleeve creased. Described as “brand new condition.” They only offered partial refund for the product which is not displayable now. I would have bought from another seller otherwise.
