The delivery time was as promised considering one of the day's was New Year's Day when USPS is closed. The seller was professional and I would buy from them again. There was no hassle with obtaining a QR code to ship the item back.

They said the issue was with the USPS which may be true, but I've gotten other packages from other places through the USPS in the meantime.
