  Item is described as “New-Open Box” and is FAR from it. It arrived filthy with dirt and hair, and also broken. It also came with no lubricant, which is not mentioned at all in the ad. I do not recommend this seller, primarily for the false advertisement, in its entirety. Nothing was as promised.

  The glass message bottle and writing papers were well packaged upon receipt. However, the message in a bottle sign that is pictured, was not included. Unfortunately I will now have to obtain a sign to go with my guest book. I was looking for the convenience of everything needed being in one package, so this was a bit of a bummer.
