    Item shipped fast despite FedEx delays. Was exactly as described. Though item was brand new the box at some point was opened and missing the Auto-IQ recipe book which is essential to using this machine. It works perfectly as a slow cooker. Still satisfied just a little disappointed. No issues with seller.

    After following up with the seller, I was advised that the cookbook was taken out of the box to read over and forgotten to put back in the box.
