Though item was brand new the box at some point was opened and missing the Auto-IQ recipe book which is essential to using this machine. It works perfectly as a slow cooker. Still satisfied just a little disappointed. No issues with seller.

    After following up with the seller, I was advised that the cookbook was taken out of the box to read over and forgotten to put back in the box. Seller also advised that it would be mailed to be ASAP. So, overall, I could not be happier. Seller is extremely helpful, honest, and is a genuine asset to the eBay community. Buy with confidence.
