The doll, in her original box, was surrounded by packing paper, and was shipped in a sturdy box. Both the doll and her box are in superb condition. The price and shipping were really excellent.   Unfortunately, I received the incorrect item. I sent photos right away to the seller. The seller was very responsive and apologized for the mistake. He offered to either let me choose a different item, at no charge, or to send me a refund. I opted for the refund, which I did receive. I offered to send the incorrect item back, but the seller told me that I could keep it. Even though I did not receive the item that I wanted, the seller was still a pleasure to do business with. Thank you.
