  It is true that the unit I received does not charge for use. It is also true that seller did respond to my inquiry right away. I feel that it is My fault that I did not know to check thru E-Bay communications, rather than watch my personal email for his response. Therefor, it is not fair to seller, that my misinformed outreach should cast a negative shadow over our transaction. The remedy I seek is to have my response changed from negative to positive.
