    The item is listed as new with tags meaning the product should be in the box. The box was cut and flattened and the items taped to a paper. I understand this is to save on shipping but list it as open box so people know what they're getting. The clips themselves are fine but it was disappointing to buy something "New" and receive what I did.

    Thank you for pointing that out. We will repost this differntley, we will say that the items will arrive as you said. If we do not ship it this way, the shipping cost us more than what the item is selling for. this item is less than an ounce and the package we make it less .25 inch thick, that is why we can ship it in a regular envelope.
