    I originally received the wrong item and had some difficulty receiving a response from the seller, but eventually they sent out the correct springtails and resolved the issue. The springtails are good quality. They arrived in good condition, alive and well-packaged. The value is great - received a bunch of healthy little guys in clay. The springtails looks super cute. They're just darker than the image on the listing, but are the correct species. Don't expect them to be as vibrant.

    All but three of the Isopods were DOA. There was no foam used in packing so the hear pack I purchased separately was useless. I asked the seller to wait until the weather warmed up but they shipped anyway. The Isopods were miniscule and nowhere near adults as the photo portrayed. No leaf litter or moss in the cup, just some twists of wood.Id never seen before. It was twine like in appearance. Out of supposedly 200 springtails we saw but two. Horrible transaction.
