  El producto me gusto mucho, llego protegido, sin embargo parece tener una abolladura en la base, al igual a pesar de todo el papel burbuja que tenia la caja en donde viene guardada estaba toda golpeada, Por lo que respecta al producto es idéntico a la foto, No lo voy a devolver por que para mi es complicado hacerlo, es triste recibir así un producto, y no creo sea problema del vendedor si no seguramente del manejo que la empresa de envio le dio. Debo añadir que es la primera vez que me pasa esto

  Die Tasse wurde nur in einem dünnen Karton in einer Versandtasche verschickt und kam entsprechend zerbrochen an. Die Verkäuferin hat angeboten eine zweite, identische Tasse zu liefern. Es ging 4 Wochen, bis die zweite Lieferung bei mir ankam - wieder zerbrochen! Darauf habe ich mein Geld zurückgefordert. Die Rückzahlung kam umgehend. Fazit: gute Produkte, Preis ok, Kommunikation mühsam aber funktioniert. Lange Lieferzeit und untaugliche Verpackung. Aber zahlt immerhin das Geld zurück.
