Starting from a humble garage in 1986, we’ve grown into a 140,000 sq. ft. operation across two warehouses in El Paso, Texas.     The items are are new as described and was shipped and recieved quite fast. However, unknown to the seller, the content of the box are not the same model listed in the THK box. With one conversation, the seller apologized for the error and refunded the whole purchase price and also allowed me to keep the wrong model. One can’t go wrong purchasing from seller like OCOI. Thanks

    Seller gave me a great deal on a power supply - unfortunately for both of us the shipping service somehow broke the item in transit and it was packed more than adequately buy the seller, it is almost like they shipping service went out of their way to break the item.
