  Seller packaged the item well and the product appeared in perfect condition and presented to be in high quality. Everything was individually wrapped and the seller clearly put effort into offering value. Unfortunately, the switch had some deeper failures and deeper defects that didn't present with normal testing. Initial appearance presented strong value but once I got deep into the setup I found some HW failures. Return label was immediately provided and refund was timely.

  Works Well & Great Seller Support This Cisco Catalyst 9300 functions properly but arrived with deep scratches on top and visible dents on the front, which weren’t clearly mentioned. However, the seller was very responsive and handled the situation professionally.
