    Headphones as described. Seem to work well. Appeared almost new with very, very minor cosmetic blemishes that can likely be corrected. The box was in generally poor shape, but was indicated in the pictures. The USB-C cable itself also seemed to have never been used. Minor shipping issues where the seller could have been more communicative, but overall I'd recommend this seller based on the product received, accurate description, and value for the money.

    This is how this seller shipped these headphones. Just one single layer of bubble wrap. Did not describe the flaws that this headphone had. All that the description said was “is in perfect condition and working as intended”. Will NOT be buying from again. If you are.. MAKE SURE TO CONTACT the seller about the item’s condition & if it will be shipped in a protected box… And most important.. that the seller offers a 30 day refund… I received my full refund in a timely manner..

    Sent me the wrong item, box was right but the wrong band was in the box. I asked for a refund and was only offered a refund for the item and not for my shipping costs so I am out $20 for a band that I cant even use. I have asked for a refund on the shipping multiple times but this has been ignored. Seller is now not responding at all.

    The description for the ipad claimed to be in perfect working condition, but when I received it, it would not charge. When I contacted the seller, they did not respond. I was able to get the ipad to charge and I let the seller know, THEN they responded. Since then, the ipad will only charged a few times and will not charge normally. Other than the charging issue it is in good condition, but now I have to pay to get it repaired so that it does charge properly. Not the best seller to buy from.
