  Seller said that the item was in "pristine" condition and that was a VERY accurate description! The phone even still had some of the original plastic on it from shipping brand new! I couldn't be happier with this purchase and the shipping was 3-day and arrived on time. Will purchase items from this seller in the future!

  At first it was slow, took 5 days from purchase until l received acknowledgement of shipping, but then it was here quickly. A little scary at first with the paperwork sent with the item, still have not heard back from the email that was demanded, then had a small wrinkle with AT&T, dealt with quickly by the agent l dealt with. Been a surprise with the unit charging. Not like other devices l have used in the past, but quick recovery. Seems to work fine altogether. Received 2/25, purchased 2/15

  Hi there, thanks for the review. We do have a 100% on time departure rate. Sometimes we use both the away mode and handling times to accurately represent how long it will take to ship. This is usually due to receiving high volumes of orders, but at the same time, ensure every item arrives in the time estimate given by eBay. We always follow up with members. When it isn't urgent/problematic, we may delay that, but any payment delays there are always in the member's favor!

  This seller called me today to tell me that it was minimum of $89 a month, which I guess I didn't see that. I just seen the part where it was adverstised as $99 for the unlimited data hotspot router etc. My own doing for not being able to click it up to look at it closer. He was honest enough to tell me straight up before shipping that would have caused me great deal of headache. I can appreciate a honest businessman who trying to protect his business, but also protects his customers. Thank you
