The good old USPS misplaced the first one they sent, after a few days I inquired with Ted Brown Music, they contacted me saying they were sending another one priority mail and they did. I can't overstate how unusual it is to encounter this kind of customer service these days. I'm old enough to remember when all the Music stores were small local business operations that took care of their customers. Nice to see this one still exists.

    When a set of sticks arrived from this E-bay seller, they were NOT as-pictured. However, the seller, true to their word, sent another pair which my grandson finally received, This was more a USPS issue than the seller; not their fault they got lost. When these sticks finally DID arrive, there was no accompanying E-bay e-mail notice, which suggests to me the Mail Person lost or mis-placed them (like in the back of their track), found them, then just discretely delivered them.
