    I doubt the seller had knowledge that DVDs from 1999 are non-UDF mastered. It cannot be played on any DVD player within a computer that is 64 bits. My computer is actually old--build in 2011--but it would not play it and there is no version that will play on a current or semi-current DVD player in a computer with 64 bits. The company is completely out of business. I wanted a program that did not include the internet for my African leader, but...no. We're stuck.

    I wish you had contacted me instead of the rating. You are right about not testing. I did not have the equipment needed. In the future PLEASE contact your seller FIRST.
