  The capacitors I bought were exactly as described, to the mm, and worked fine. My first time using snap-in caps, and they did in fact neatly snap into the board I had desoldered existing caps from. The bonus of buying from this vendor is his responsiveness. His ad was selling lots of five pieces, and I needed six.
