    Purchased two, only shipped one. That battery was poorly packaged. Had to contact seller twice to get a response. Finally shipped my other battery. Never offered an apology. Missed a long distance bike trip because the battery wasn’t shipped. First battery had quite a few scratches on it. Disappointing transaction to say the least. Not customer oriented.

    In my ear buying and selling products online, I’ve never experienced customer support this courteous and efficient. I received battery on time with a small blemish needing attention. Contacted company in less than 90 minutes. Had a new FedEx tracking number for another battery.  This company certainly does deserve five stars. We’ll buy from again.

I had 2 small issues and the seller helped me fix 1 by directing me to adjust the settings and gave me a partial refund to help pay for the 2nd.
