  seller was inContact the day of purchase this was a custom part so instruction was given seller agreed then after the order was place seller cancelled it. stating I the buyer requested it which I did not. I contacted the seller to find out why they stated eBay restricted their store. I contacted eBay and they knew nothing about the restriction .
