    Tenergy 9V Alkaline batteries finally arrived after being shipped around the country for nearly 2 weeks. Not the Sellers fault. The service at USPS has gotten sorry and continues to decline. Anyway, the batteries show 9.7 volts (with my fluke meter) right out of the package. I would recommend these batteries.
