    The toner was horribly packaged. It took 2 weeks for arrival; USPS moved it thru five Illinois postal facilities and St. Louis MO, some multiple times! Now hoping there is no damage because the box arrived with tears, flattened edges, opened flaps, and gobs of tape. Shipper responded within 24 hours but was not very helpful or interested in my situation. Empathy, interest, and assistance are hallmarks of any/all retailers, eBay or others. Price was decent. I guess you get what you pay for.
