  Item was exactly as described. A beautiful tote that looked better than the pictures. Communication was good. The only downside was that the packaging arrived was damaged (torn opened) upon arrival, which was probably the delivery company and not the seller. However, it would've been nice if the item was packed in sturdier packaging.
