  The seller shipped the product many days after a cancellation request. Provided no explanation why the request was denied and resumed to ship the product even though I no longer needed it. Very poor customer service.

  Bought it because it included the lat pulldown. Package was delivered very quickly but no pulldown. Contacted the seller who essentially told me that the shipper states that it's lost in transit and for me to send the large and heavy cage back. Took me an hour to put together. Not easy. Not returning it as it would require a tremendous effort on my part. Seller tells me I can have $10 back because that's their profit on the transaction. SMH.
