  Item was not shipped with proper protection and arrived with damage. The condition of the card was worse than expected, but may have happened in transit. Card is not valuable enough to warrant the time needed to complete a return. Seller was able to resolve the issue.

I ship lower value singles the standard eBay envelope way in a penny sleeve, and have had no issues until this one. Higher value cards and holos always get shipped in a rigid container with a hard top loader and additional penny sleeve. Hope we can solve this issue for you!
