The tracking I received at first wasn’t working but the seller was able to update it (it was missing a number). The item shipped from Hawaii, not from New York as the listing shows. I never got an actual reply from the seller when I had concerns. It was a relatively unusual buying experience for me. Positive review because I did receive the item in great condition.
