    PRO SELLER! Fast shipping! Products were sealed & brand new as described. The items were shipped promptly according the schedule outlined in the listing, & well packaged. The seller was quick to communicate when messaged. They've earned my future business whenever they have something I need. The product was well priced and well below MSRP. I saved a good amount by shopping with this seller. These hard drives are great for the price. They also came with SATA to USB cables! Solid budget brand.

    Sewing machine arrived quickly; box did not include extension table as advertised. Box appeared to have been opened. Seller offered item return. Buyer wanted to keep the machine. Buyer requested partial refund to cover cost of purchasing new extension table. Seller offered $15; buyer stated new part costs $52. Buyer requested that seller reply with a refund fair to both parties. Seller has not responded to this request or to follow up request. Seller has not provided provided any partial refund.

    We offered the buyer, on multiple occasions, a prepaid return shipping label to send back for a full refund upon receipt and inspection. Buyer did not want to send back.
