I received the machine and it hasn’t been taken care of in clearly over a year, needs a whole bunch of parts and the inks were empty.. then when messaged about it seller claims they are not a print shop even though they accepted the payment outside of eBay as “gate city graphics” avoid seller as they will sell half working products and do nothing to help out post sale.

UPS hasn’t even received my package. What’s worse is I’m not hearing anything from the seller.
