    There were bleach spots on the dress and excessive pilling that were not described in the listing. I sent photos to the seller but seller would not accept responsibility for them. Unfortunately, I have been left paying for a dress that is unwearable.

    It states euc , and when I recieved the purse it has stains on it , i messaged the seller with pictures and havent gotten a response . they even state if you pay before 5pm the day you pay they will mail out on same day. They waited 4 days before mailing

    Hello,I offered you a return for a full refund if you wanted to return the crossbody. It was sold to you in the exact same condition as pictured. You ignored all requests for you to return the item so this issue could be rectified. I would like for all my customers to be completely happy with their purchases and strive to always work towards a fair compromise for both me and the buyer.
