    Recommend seller. Do not recommend the USPS ground, however. The product is new, appears and functions as described and intended. Good value for price. Took 21+ days via USPS to arrive to destination in same state, however. No response to message I sent, so I can't give anything other than 1 star for communication.

    The cord was new, description/dimensions and picture were provided. The transaction was smooth, product arrived promptly and packaged well. Only issue was cord did not fit an existing small appliance (even with using the measurements) so was returned. That was easily done and I appreciate the seller responding to my questions/request for other sizes. Item sold is not easily found in hardware stores.

    Pace-Parts is a great seller! I received regular updates on the delivery status of my toaster oven pan. It was sparkling new when it arrived. Unfortunately, it didn't fit properly so I had to return it. The return has been the easiest I ever had on eBay. I immediately received a return label. All it had to do was put it back in the cardboard envelope, seal it, tape the label on and drop it off at the Post Office. I could not believe how easy it was!!
