  First time using EBay by myself to order some prints for my “DD” for Christmas. Because of the holiday, the package was delayed by the USPS so I reached out to the seller for help. I received a response immediately offering advice and a promise to “make it right” if the package didn’t come. I really appreciated that. Also because I ordered three prints that were put in one package some of the shipping cost was refunded. The prints did come in perfect condition and I am so grateful to the seller
