  I had excellent communication with the seller prior to purchase. The shipping was quick. Unfortunately, the item was fragile & not packaged well, so it arrived broken. I sent photos of the item to the seller. She apologized and immediately issued a refund. Great experience with the seller, just wish the item had been packaged better. : (
