    So my transaction did not go 100% as it should have, but was resolved very quickly after I sent a POLITE email asking if I was to receive an additional package as I was missing 3 of the 4 items I purchased. They were super quick to resolve (refunded entire purchase). Their response stated that the order showed that it was fulfilled so there was no reason to believe I should be getting an additional package. I believe the reason some people leave negative is due to their approach

    Not a good experience. Item is described perfectly. When I finally received the item, it was perfect. Everything in the middle was horrible. The item was purchased on 1/14, didn't show in the system as moving until 1/24. Sent an email and was told someone would get back to me on updates, but no one did. The item showed up delivered after 12 days of waiting. Shipping process is horrible, and many others are saying the same I see. On the flipside, the coat was great. Shop carefully here.
