  Excellent and honest Trader. dragonfly store notified me that the package had been sent by regular mail and not by express as I had ordered and paid for. The freight charge was replaced in to my account, with a little compensation, before I even realised the mistake. That is great service. The product was very well packed and protected. I have been using the DMSO in conjunction with MMS1 (clo2) following Jim Humbles protocol for Tooth Abscess. It is working. Excellent product.

  Item received on time, one bottle was broken. This appears to be an Australia Post issue as they are very rough with items, known to throw them around, which I think has happened with one of four bottles. This is not the sellers issue. I recommend this seller
