Seller was pleasant and easy to deal with when I called. However, I had to initiate communication and could not reach them through eBay. The person who handled their eBay sales was out during this period of time. I believe this is the cause of the snafu. There was no intent to not deliver on time, it just happened. I still consider this a positive transaction.
