Overall positive based on quick shipping and seller communication. However, the metal sign arrived bent/folded, not even down the center, but off to the side. Nowhere on packaging did it say "DO NOT BEND". There was nothing in the paper sleeve mailer in to prevent damage to surfaces or entire piece of metal. See attached photos. I was able to flatten it somewhat with minimal distortion. Seller location also odd: California, Washington, Israel? Shipped from Amazon too. :-/

The brass parts of the kit are very well made, but the Teflon pipe tape is really cheap, and I had to redo some joints. Throw it out and use something better. Well packed, but communication was slow, and I received the box before I even got a shipping confirmation.
