Hello I'm Aaryn, a 24 year old aquarium and reptile enthusiast who turned my hobby into a business: The Frog House in 2021. It's been a lifelong dream of mine to be able to work with all my favorite animals as a career. I'm a "one man band" and everything I do is at a small scale and personally made, raised and packaged all from my home. I truly appreciate your support :)

    The true nature of a company comes out when there are issues, & this is a fantastic company to work with. USPS majorly screwed up my delivery. I always opt to pick up at the post office for a live guarantee. They mistakenly put it on the mail truck & for some reason didn’t deliver for two days. They sat in the truck in the Florida heat, & by the time they arrived they were dead. I contacted the seller & without hesitation they sent me out another batch. Customer service is 100% top notch!

    Big SCAM!!! Buyer beware!!! Accidentally placed 2 order and requested cancel one order after placed the orders within one min. Seller never respond, refused to cancel the extra order and force me to purchase the extra order. Placed the order on 30th April and reveived the order on 10th May. Worms are super tiny size, not worth the money! Seller never respond to any question or complain! Worst seller I ever deal with in Ebay! Will never buy from this seller again!

    I think you left this for the wrong seller. Your order with me was on Mar 20 and was delivered on Mar 24th. The photo in your review wasnt how I package my worms either. Could you please remove your feedback?
