  Item was marked mens large the size I wear. It was not a men's large it was even tight for my wife. The seller told me that they would give me a refund minus the price of shipping. So I returned it and paid for shipping. They only refunded me a partial refund and was able to receive their item back to resell. Not good business.

  I'm sorry to hear that the hat didn't fit. Although my shop has a no-returns policy, I made an exception in this case and accepted the return, issuing a refund for the cost of the item. Unfortunately, I was not able to refund the original shipping cost. As a gesture of goodwill, I also offered a 20% discount on a future purchase. I sincerely hope you're able to find a hat that suits your needs.
