    The boots are beautiful. They were listed as NIB, and they came with a broken zipper. However, the seller responded immediately, offered to refund the whole purchase, and allow me to keep the boots and have them repaired. Very rare these days to have solid sellers that go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Instead of sending a buyer away unhappy, they just confirmed a long term buyer.
