  Item packed well. The cover warms up quick. Its soft and looks good. Straps are short, couldn't get a good tight fit so it slides when I first get into the truck. One of the straps I had going around the headrest posts broke. Seller reached out to make sure I was satisfied and when I mentioned the strap, they are sending me a replacement unit, no questions asked.
