They did take a week to show up after tracking was available, however, that's typical for going halfway across the country via USPS. Overall, great buy, great seller.

    The Key Supply did an outstanding job providing two 3001 - 3050 series keys to a Craftsman toolbox. Keys ordered Thursday with estimated delivery date of Saturday - Monday. Keys mailed on Thursday and delivered Saturday. I could not open the lock with the new keys and thought that something was wrong with the lock or keys. Contacted The Key Supply who suggested a little WD40 on the lock. Both keys work perfectly. What great service for a great price!
