Negative feedback for using UNUSED USPS Priority Mail bubble-mailers as "free" packing material, and then claiming that they were used ("recycled") when I messaged about this. Nope. See pic—both USPS Priority Mail envelopes in the package were utterly unused. Thus, the average is neutral feedback. Sellers: Please stop stealing from the USPS. Any shortfall at USPS comes out of our taxes, so you're stealing from ME, and I don't like it!
