  As the prices continued to increase on Surging Sparks Pokemon boxes, he canceled my order all the while continuing to pre-selling boxes for $27 more a box. Do not pre-sale something that you do not have confirmed product. While he did refund my money, he also tied up my money for 6 weeks. Stay away from pre-sales from this vendor. This is not the way to do business.
