    This rug was overpriced. Another rug I bought from this seller had a massive discrepancy in the color portrayed in the listing and what it looked like in real life (see photos - the pale one is what I thought I was getting). I’m an interior designer and had to sell it for a fraction of the cost to get it out of my client’s house as quickly as possible. The seller offered to send me a replacement but then never did, and he stopped responding to my messages. I will never use this seller again.

    Hello ! I am sorry for the inconvenience When did you place the order with me I have not had any discussion with you. What you ordered is a small item. It has been delivered to you as well. I have not had any such dispute with you. Then why did you give me such bad feedback? Or you were going to give feedback to some other seller and gave it to me by mistake. I request you to delete the feedback. Customers are like God to me and we cannot do wrong to any of our customers.

    Absolutely delighted with this rug - a big thank you to the makers. Great communication. Arrived much sooner than I expected - only 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered. Really good quality. Very true to pictures. I asked for no tassels on mine so think you can customise it to suit your needs. Will definitely order from them again.
