In my opinion, great value and, if you're looking to run Linux on a laptop, sourcing it here, pre-installed, removes any risks of some aspects not working. I've been using it for a few days now and haven't found any issues - performs well with the tasks I am doing, Wi-Fi works fine. I had no reason to contact the seller, so can't comment on that.
