  Item represented as open box like new. never used. I opened the package and it appeared to be in good condition, but the dial to select the tempo does not work. Bad experience. Buyer beware. I contacted the seller and they did not respond. they eventually offered $7. I paid $20+. This is like making me pay to dispose of their defective product. just felt like a dishonest seller. Ebay instructs to send back, i hope it does not happen to someone else. terrible

  Although the item was labeled "open box," the item did not actually come in a box, but as pictured. Item did not come with batteries or belt clip. When I reached out to the seller, the seller responded right away and offered to send a separate package with the belt clip, had to order the batteries separately. The seller was quick with his communication and was eager to please. Seller does not accept returns, so be sure to reach out to the seller with any questions before you purchase.

  Good packing , shipping before estimated time , product as described, only concern is I have all ready paid 81 $ for shipping and I paid another 24 $ when I received the item. Overall good but have to mention that buyer have to pay extra charges on delivery time .
