    Although the item was labeled "open box," the item did not actually come in a box, but as pictured. Item did not come with batteries or belt clip. When I reached out to the seller, the seller responded right away and offered to send a separate package with the belt clip, had to order the batteries separately. The seller was quick with his communication and was eager to please. Seller does not accept returns, so be sure to reach out to the seller with any questions before you purchase.

    This seller has the worst customer service I have ever delt with! Item listed with part number is not the item I received. I contacted seller to return item and before I could ship it back they closed the return request. As you can see in the pics this is not the correct part I will never buy from this seller again
